Located on Loma Guadalupe, this property is within 5 minutes walking to the church plaza and the Alameda shopping district.

Immediately outside of the entry gate is the Casa de la Cultura which has 24 hour police provided by the City of Alamos.

There is a Laundry Center under the stairs which is available for the use of all suites.

Large Refrigerator, double sink & microwave.  Stainless 6 burner gas stove.  Refrigerator has an ice maker.

All water in suite is purified and softened.   Kitchen counter is perfect for informal dining to left.

Spacious Bathroom with large shower to left.

Automatic Soft-Close toilet seat.  Medicine cabinet over sink.  Wired for telephone left of toilet on wall.
