This is the Casa de la Cultura.
	This building, formerly a jail, was built in the late 1700's. It is currently being transformed into the cities Cultural Center.
	The Cultural Center currently hosts art exhibits, musical performances, and other city wide events. It is nice having this just a "stones throw away".
