"Gracious Living within an Historic Environment"

    "The definitive walk-thru"

The following pictures were taken in the Guest Bedroom

All woodwork throughout the home is custom made of Colombian Cedar.

There is a switch to the left and right of the bed that turns on low voltage floor lamps. These lamps are used to provide safe passage during the night time without waking a second person while they sleep. There are also two wall lamps, one on each side of the bed, that are used for reading.

There is a light installed inside which helps you make your clothes selection.

Guest Bathroom

The shower walls are 7 feet tall rather than all the way to the ceiling. The short walls give the bathroom a feeling of "openess"

This Bathroom was wired for a wall telephone to the left of the toilet..

The toilet has a "Soft Close" seat cover.

Guest Kitchen

There is a door to the right of the Kitchen that goes out onto the Portal for easy access to outside dining. There is also a door to the left that goes to the outside of the home and serves as a private entry.

The left window above the double sink slides to the right for ventilation.

Gas stove with 5 burners.

All of the lower shelves are on rollers so you don't have to bend down to get items stored below.

Guest Portal

This picture is looking to the south in the Guest Portal.

The door to the immediate left goes into the Bedroom and the door in the rear goes into the Kitchen. There is a small floor lamp between the two doors which turns on with the floor lights in the Bedroom.

This is looking to the north.

If your guests want to sit in the portal during the night time they can turn off the motion detector lamps. The switch is located next to the door in the Bedroom.

The exterior wall lamp was made from copper and was crafted by a local metal artesian.

This is looking towards Mt. Alamos to the left.
