There is a double sink to the right when you enter the room. Above you can see two electrical meters. The power company has their own meter on the street. These secondary meters are installed here to meter electricity going to the Main House and to the Guest Suite. If you ever rent the Guest Suite then you will know what the electrical usage is for the tenant. The electric company bills you according to the overall usage as shown on the meter located on the street.

This is located across from the Washer & Dryer. This is a remote indicator which tells you how much water you have in your 5,000 gallon storage underneath the west Portal. This equipment is made by FlowLine and is used in industrial applications. Not that you will ever run out of water, the owner just thought it is good information to have. |
